Yay for this group��I did nothing especially healthy today. �I�dug up the clay in the front yard enough to plant three measly daffodil bulbs before I was worried my wrist would break off.� So that was energetic.
Food-wise, ate yogurt for breakfast (yay), McDonaldapos;s for lunch (not so yay), and beans and franks for dinner.� Not tons of wheat, though.� Margaret has been begging for spaghetti all week, so Iapos;ll have to make it soon, but maybe I�could make rice noodles for me?� Just thinking. �
